Entry Title: "Seeing Through The Trees"
Category and Expertise: Sculpture, Professional

The work also represents set pieces within a stages theater that we must stumble through to get through to the other side. The viewer, like members in an audience at a theater production, experiences the drama unfolding in front of them from a different angle, as they do when confronting their own issues.
When viewing the photo-based sculpture directly, the image looks more two dimensional or flat because the various heights cannot be seen. As the viewer moves around the sculpture, the space and perspectives change the lighting creates odd shadows that do not match the images two dimensional suggestions.
